UPDATE: MAY-4-2022 | Mission Hills CC will not allow us to set up the tournament desk by the grass courts. Tournament desk check in will be inside the tennis pro-shop and cafe. Unfortunately we can’t have our usual snacks, another MHCC policy we can’t control. It is imperative you check in 15 min prior to your match time in order to keep the tournament on schedule and not backed up. It’s a 5 min walk to the courts. Please be ready to play when you check in and keep your warm-up to 5 min. At the conclusion of your match, you must report your scores immediately. We will have volunteers near the grass courts monitoring matches.

MHCC is a private country club with some of the best grass courts in the entire country. As usual we highly recommend wearing white outfits in keeping with Wimbledon tradition and keeping cool. No cut off t-shirts, no tank tops, and no tennis shoes with spikes allowed on the grass courts. Keep in mind it can get brutally hot during the tournament so please hydrate and bring with you drinks that contain lots of electrolytes. Ice and water will be provided at the site. Unfortunately we can’t bring in food due to club policies however there is a cafe at the tennis club house. We will have a few snacks at the check-in desk which will be located by the grass courts. Please park in the lot near the grass courts.

Match Format:

All singles and doubles draws will be best 2 out of 3 sets with a super 10 point tie-breaker played in lieu of the 3rd set (First to 10 points by a margin of two).
Consolations in singles only.

Warm ups are limited to 5 minutes maximum and will be strictly enforced.

Courts will be open if you wish to warm up on grass before the tournament on a first come first serve bases. $10 per player (MHCC guest fee) 4 players per court.

Due to the high cost of our court fees and shortage of staffing at local venues a player dinner is not possible.

Player Social at Hunters Bar May 7th, 7-9PM, all players will receive one drink. Appetizers will be served as well.  Hunters is located at: 302 E Arenas Rd, Palm Springs, CA 92262
